Ben serves Kenya Connect as the board chair. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Project Planning and Management from The University of Nairobi and Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Nairobi He also has Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kenya Institute of Management, various certificates including disaster risk management, security Management, gender mainstreaming, youth participation among other as well as an Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education. He has worked in the Kenya Government and NGO sector for over 24 years, in various positions rising up to senior management positions in various NGOs that he worked with. Nganga has always provided visionary leadership which has successfully led organizations to greater heights in strengthening program systems and program delivery. He has a great passion for the advocacy of children rights.
