Teach 2030 with the Commonwealth Education Trust!

Blog > Focus Area: Technology, General News

We are elated to announce a new partnership with the Commonwealth Education Trust!  CET’s program, Teach 2030, provides innovative content, accessed via a smarphone or tablet, which focuses on student-centered teaching and learning and is in sync with the Kenyan curriculum.  These “bite sized” courses are engaging and nurtures collaboration among teaching groups.  We are piloting Teach 2030 program with teachers participating in our Professional Learning Communities at our four Empowered Schools. The goal is for teachers to create a classroom environment that focuses on student-centered learning.  Teachers are at the heart of student learning and we continue to provide training and tools to help open new doors for teachers to help them make learning dynamic, fun and meaningful.
