She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, is a Certified Human Resource Professional (K), and is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), Kenya. She has successfully established and strengthened HR functions by developing people strategies, policies, and systems that align with organisational goals. Her expertise includes talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), HR compliance, and HR Information Systems (HRIS). She has also led organisational change initiatives, fostering inclusive workplace cultures and strengthening organisational effectiveness.
