About this program
In partnership with HerShot, we are opening the pathway of photography and photo journalism to secondary school girls. These budding photographers learn about how to use a camera, the artistic side of photography and photography careers. The students display their photos at the Kenya Connect gallery.
“I am proud to be part of HerShot program. Through the program, I have learned and know parts of a camera and I can take good quality photos and videos. I can use the photography skills that I have acquired to document social functions, field study, and projects.”
