Days, months, years, or even decades after graduating from teacher training institutions, teachers encounter many learning opportunities in the classrooms which are sometimes quite challenging to them but still require them to address effectively. A Professional Learning Community (PLC) is a group of teachers who meet regularly, either physically or virtually to share their teaching experiences, collaborate on tasks to improve their classroom practice, and learn from one another about applicable teaching and learning strategies to employ in the classroom.
