Pen Pal Gift Catalogue
In order for letters and parcels to make it safely to our project site in Kenya, we can only send flat parcels. Parcels containing gifts usually get held up in customs for lengthy periods of time, sometimes never making it to Wamunyu.
If you would like to treat your pen pal to something special, here are some items that we can purchase in the village, assuring that your pen pal will receive your gift.
Our Current Choices Include:
| - School Supplies Package $10.00 Includes pens, pencils, erasers, colored pencils, crayons, and a ruler. |

| - Books Package $15.00 Includes two age-appropriate storybooks and a dictionary. |
|
| - School Uniform $20.00 Sometimes a school uniform is the only decent set of clothes that a student owns. A new uniform can replace a worn one or ease the burden of keeping them clean for the school day. |
To purchase a gift, complete the order form and send with payment to Kenya Connect. If using a credit card through PayPal, after sending payment, please send a separate email to Kenya Connect with the following information:
- Write “Pen Pal Gift” in the subject line
- In your letter include:
- Your Pen Pal’s Name and School
You will eventually receive a photo of your pen pal with their new gift(s) and an appreciation letter.
